Ty Schmidt was first published at the age of 15 and never looked back. Since then, she has written for one of the largest newspaper groups in the country, edited a national magazine for teens, and built a boutique prestige branding and marketing consulting business from the ground up. 

She has worked with and learned from dozens of the country’s most respected thought leaders and bestselling authors, including Scott Jeffrey Miller, Jennifer McCollum, Glenn Stearns, Jenn Drummond, Dave Liniger, and Bob Parsons. 

Since launching in 2015, Little Big Media has served dozens of clients, including Sundara Inn & Spa, a world-renowned oasis in Wisconsin Dells, Wi, Atlantic Residential, and FranklinCovey, the world’s most trusted leadership development firm. 

Her work has earned her several awards, including recognition from the Milwaukee Press Club and the Wisconsin Newspaper Association. She lives in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with her husband, Steve, her sons, Carter (10) and Conner (9), and her beloved soul pet, Wiley.
